What to Look Forward to At the Closing Ceremony of the WIP Street Art Show by Delhi St.Art

The ‘Work In Progress project- The Street Art Show’ is indeed one-of-a-kind art spectacle the city has ever seen and we should graciously thank the brilliantly creative minds of 24 global artists and St. Art India Foundation who made art out of something as mundane as inland depot containers and used them as a canvas of their talents.

The open exhibition which lasted a month is coming to an end this weekend. So if you haven't yet visited this unique exhibit then this weekend is your last chance to indulge in some hep art lovin’ as they bid adieu with quite some pomp and show.

Here are a bunch of things the organisers have planned out over the weekend to ensure visitors a gala time and giving you all legit reasons to not miss this closing ceremony.

St. Art will organise curated tours on both Saturday and Sunday at 12-1pm and 4-5pm to give the visitors a detailed look around of the whole place. An immersive experience as a member of St. Art family will guide and  shell out information about the artworks, their designers and artists and the whole process of W.I.P.

Astha Singh, Shibani Das and Himel Sarkar and many other will be present to give all an insight into their lives’ experiences and thoughts in those imaginative heads in a poetic fashion. Be there on Saturday 4pm - 6.30pm to have a slow and relaxing evening.

Visit to have a weekend full of next level entertainment. Revel in the foot tapping music by MC Eucalips and Taru. Don't miss the magical atmosphere created with the Beats of DJ/TurnTablist -Runin (Agnastik - Hip Hop collective) and Taru.

Find yourself happily lost in the world Step Up movie series introduced us to as you enjoy 1v1 Breaking' & Poppin' dance battles by some of the best crews in the city: Dance Mafia Crew, Tribes Collision Squad and Culture Fanatikz Crew.

It will be your last chance to see and meet the uber-talented artists as they'll be working on their master pieces. Also, final display of all completed works one last time at the site!

If all these events don't give you enough of a hint, St. Art in their closing ceremony will celebrate the culture of the street- a wider genre street art forms an intrinsic part of. Visit to enjoy series of B-boying battles, Beatboxing, Cyphering performances on Sunday.
Head to the most happening place this weekend which promises a good time. Missing this will be a big loss!
