Hola, Delhizens! We’ve come bearing great news once again and we’re sure it’ll make your day super awesome. So drop whatever you’re doing and give this a read.

What’s Been Up? | Aren’t you peeps totally excited about the rapid rail that’s gonna hit the city real soon? Just in case you’re not, here’s why you should defo await it with impatience! So once the Delhi - Gurgaon - Alwar section of the RRTS becomes operational, it’ll boost connectivity between Gurgaon and IGI Airport's Terminal 3, so much so that it’ll take us JUST 10 minutes to reach T3 from Rajiv Chowk and 20 minutes from Manesar, which is basically one-third of the time it currently takes to travel the distance by road. We will also see a decrease in interstate traffic, which will, in turn, bring down pollution levels. Awesome!

There will be three RRTS stations in Gurgaon - those being Rajiv Chowk, Udyog Vihar and Sector 17. These high-speed trains will run at an interval of five to ten minutes, which is pretty neat!

Also, the authorities are looking at the option of getting local buses at the RRTS stations in order to boose last mile connectivity. An extension from the Gurgaon Rapid Metro and a proposed metro line from the Gurgaon Railway Station might connect the RRTS at the Udyog Vihar.

Well, Gurgaon dwellers, a lot seems to be happening to make travelling easier for you and this is awesomesauce!
