Gone Girl has also been adapted as a movie. It’s also named under Best Books Of The Decade by Goodreads. This book begins very smoothly and once you start getting comfortable it gets bumpy. So, it’s Nick and Amy’s 5th wedding anniversary when the beautiful wife disappears leaving her husband behind with one of her diaries and his daydreams. Under the pressure of media, police and others he parades an endless series of lies and inappropriate behaviour. Interesting enough?
