The upscale Khan Market has recently found itself at the number 28 spot in the entire world when it comes to the costliest retail locations! Khan Market continues to be one of the most expensive retail locations with rentals of Rs 1,250/sq/feet/year. New York’s Upper 5th Avenue stands in the first position and right behind it is Hong Kong’s Causeway Bay. 

In India, three of the most expensive retail micro-markets are located in Delhi/NCR - Khan Market, CP and DLF Galleria.
