In the past few years, Waste To Wonders Park has become a beloved hangout spot in saadi Delhi, boasting lifelike replicas of the 7 wonders of the world made just out of waste! It’s the ideal destination for a jolly day out or a picnic and well, guess what? We just got another similar & super-cool park called the Bharat Darshan Park and here’s all about must-visit attraction in saadi dilli.
Poore Bharat Ke Darshan In Delhi! | South Delhi Municipal Corporation has outdone itself in building green parks for the city and this time, after the huge success of the Waste To Wonder park, the Bharat Darshan Park is all set to receive visitors. Built-in just 22 months by 200 artists, the Bharat Darshan Park has replicas of the Charminar, Gateway of India, Konark Temple, Nalanda ruins, Mysore Palace, Meenakshi Temple, Hampi, Victoria Memorial Hall, Sanchi Stupa, Gol Gumbaz, Ajanta and Ellora Caves, Hawa Mahal and other historical and religious places made out entirely of scrap materials.
The park has a total of 22 structures including one Banyan tree and we cannot wait to go and click loads of pictures. The park was inaugurated by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on 25th December 2021, who called it the perfect example of ‘kachre se kanchan.’ The power needs of this green marvel are met by solar plates, and a sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 1 lakh litre has been set up for irrigation purposes.
