Here’s some not-so good news for all us Dilliwallas. The city’s sealing drive may soon hit the restaurants in Khan Market and we’re a tad bit worried about its implications!
Here’s What’s Happening | All restaurant owners in Khan Market are likely to face sealing action soon as the Delhi High Court refused to stay the NDMC’s notice demanding restaurant owners to produce no objection certificates from the fire department within the period of 15 days.
NDMC’s Health Department had issued notices to around 40 restaurant owners back on 5th of April, asking them to get no objection certificates for fire safety within 15 days to avoid sealing of the premises. The order came after a petition in the High Court seeking action against restaurants in Khan Market and CP for not obtaining fire clearances.
Looks like all these restaurants in Khan Market have some trouble coming their way. Let’s wait & watch what happens.
