Uber To The Rescue? | So, we heard that the ride-hailing app, Uber has decided to partner up with Bigbasket and help in delivering essentials at the doorstep of residents. This move will help the company in delivering essentials to customers across four cities of Noida, Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. 

The last-mile delivery services will not only help the authorities in containing the spread of this disease but will also help in delivering timely supply of essential items to the customers and of course creating an opportunity for the drivers to earn. A blend of UberGo, UberXL and UberMoto will be rolled out to help in this. 

Plus, in accordance with the government safety guidelines, the drivers will be provided with safety kits consisting of masks, gloves, sanitisers and a training to ensure safety & hygiene.
