Here’s What May Happen | The Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India (TRAI) recently asked Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance Jio, Idea and BSNL to extend the validity of prepaid users during the lockdown period. The nation is currently under a 21-day lockdown and people who get their recharge done through offline sources will find some relief with this measure. 

Plus, the TRAI has also asked for details about the steps taken to ensure uninterrupted services to these folks. Did you know that prepaid users make up 90% of the total customer base?
