Tik Tok And 58 Other Chinese Apps Banned And Removed From Google Play & App Store!

Are you someone who’s been addicted to watching 15-sec videos on Tik Tok or someone who likes to shoot these quick videos themselves? Then you’re in for a rude awakening with this recent development.

Now Banned (Again) | On Monday, the 29th of June, Tik Tok and 58 other Chinese apps were banned by the Ministry of Information and Technology. This was done stating that these apps are posing a threat to the security and society of the country by violating the privacy of the users and storing their data outside India. In fact, Tik Tok has already been removed from the App Store and Google Play. But some banned apps like Cam Scanner, Clash Of Kings, Shareit and SHEIN, are still available on the store.

Plus, as of now those users who already have the app can continue to access the same.
