Did you know that there are scores of women who don’t have access to clean & hygienic sanitary napkins that can be used during menstruation? This is a sad reality in our country and this initiative is defo a step towards changing this!

A PAD Of Unity | PadBank is an NGO that distributes free pads to women who cannot afford to buy sanitary napkins and instead have to settle for unhygienic options. These guys are taking an initiative to raise awareness by organising a PAD Of Unity event wherein these amazing people will attempt to set a national record by creating the largest design of a sanitary pad - a 70-feet long and 25-feet wide monstrosity using a whopping 15,000 pads! Plus, Guneet Monga, the co-producer of the Academy Award-winning movie ‘Period. End Of Sentence.’ will also be gracing the event. Cool!
