This Is Awesome News! GGN Rooftops & Outdoors FINALLY Allowed To Serve Booze Soon

Recently, the news about sealing the terraces in CP spread like wildfire, but now things are slightly sunnier on the Gurugram land when it comes to this, at least. 

Gurugram has a number of eateries that boast of open-air dining, but they could only serve food and not alcohol till now. But soon, they’ll be allowed to serve alcohol as well! *Praise the Lord*.

Restaurateurs presented their case to the Excise Department last year, and the Department has now agreed to add serving of alcohol in outdoor dining spaces as an additional point to the current licence agreement, provided restaurants fulfil certain conditions. The open space shall be treated as an additional point and serving alcohol here shall be allowed upon payment of a fee amounting to 10% of the total licence fee. 

There’s about 10 requirements for this form and most restaurants in Cyber Hub have already fulfilled them, and are now awaiting official permissions!

Finally now you won’t have to keep making runs to the bar and chill at the rooftop with your glass of wine while enjoying the view and experience! Leggo!
