This Iconic Spot In Delhi Might Soon See A Revamp With Fountains, A Parking Lot & More!

Late night drives in Delhi mean zooming through the famous Rajpath area at least once. That’s basically our fave place to be at during the wee hours at night when the entire city is in a sweet slumber. And guess what, guys? Drives to Rajpath are gonna get way more fun as the NDMC might soon revamp that area! Read on as we tell you more. 

What’s Brewing At Rajpath? | As per the NDMC’s redevelopment plans, Rajpath will soon have many new and pretty fountains, revived water bodies, a parking lot that can accommodate 1,000 vehicles and many other facilities and we’re super excited! The idea is to convert Rajpath into a world-class public spot in the city.

Also, the NDMC plans to open a digital public art gallery at Children’s Park near India Gate that’ll showcase different art forms digitally, such as video art, graphics, paintings, photography and more! Hmm, that sounds pretty interesting, doesn’t it?

We’re pretty excited to see all these new developments happen in the city so that we can rediscover saddi Dilli all over again and marvel at all its treasures. Good job, NDMC!
