2020 had not just been the start of a new decade but it also changed life as we knew it. The year saw the setting in of the COVID-19 pandemic throughout the world with countries going into lockdown and life seemed to come to standstill. But despite all odds, there were a few people who continued to work day and night to keep us safe and there’s a wall in South Delhi decked up with a mural in their honour.

Honouring The Frontline Workers | The COVID-19 pandemic is still a huge worry and though some of us do have a choice of working from home, there are many who don’t. And these are the same people who’ve been working tirelessly since last year, so that we can remain safe and recover. We’re talking about doctors, nurses, delivery people, policemen, watchmen and many more. And to honour them, there’s a graffiti wall in R.K. Puram that’s totally worth checking out.

Though it’s a simple graffiti of four people wearing masks, the message is loud and clear. The frontline warriors of COVID-19 pandemic working hard to keep us safe and the need to wear masks at all times when in public.

So, the next time you’re around the corner, make sure to click a selfie in front of this wall and don’t forget to wear your mask!
