This Festive Season, Help The Underprivileged By Participating In Daan Utsav's Noble Initiatives

With the air imbued with joy and festivities in full swing, we’re enjoying the festive season to the max. But amidst all this, how about doing something for the less fortunate? Do you also feel like doing something for the world, like giving as much as you can to the ones who absolutely need it? Well, then seems like we have something for you where you can do your bit and amass good karma!

Daan For Smiles | Daan Utsav is back in the city with its 11th edition and from what we’ve learnt, it’s a week-long event which started on the 2nd of October and will go on till the 8th where everybody from celebs, school kids to CEOs, auto-drivers, organisations and more have been participating by donating their time, skills, resources or money to raise funds for the underprivileged and making people aware of the importance of giving back to the society. 

Delhi Metro also participated by helping NGOs collect books & stationery for the kids in need and have set up stalls at 25 metro stations that see the highest footfall for the same. Plus, DMRC employees donated clothes, books, utensils and more at 13 residential complexes!

These peeps at Daan Utsav have a number of ongoing public events, such as Seva Sandwich, Cleanup Drive, Collection Drive and Beautification Drive, in which you can participate to make a difference.
