The Best Kind Of Use Of The Little White Van | Charan Singh Kulfi & Kala Khatta is a small street-side kulfi van, & strikingly contrasting is its humongous popularity. There are long queues of customers, who wait for this delicious and cold escape from Dilli ki garmi. The kulfis, other than being simply delectable, are also a treat for the eyes. With the vibrant colours & aesthetic presentations, he is by far our fave kulfi wala in South Ex. When you’re out in the summer heat & sun, the chatpata and icy kala khatta feels like god’s gift to mankind and the one at Charan Singh definitely is!
