Sit Down, Breathe & Just Listen | Peter Singh and Nino Kaur’s eco-innovation home is a masterpiece that boasts an AQI of just 10-15, all thanks to their 15,000 lush plants. This marvel is built with lime mortar and stone tiles, powered entirely by solar energy, and features rainwater harvesting alongside stubble recycling to produce fertilizer. Oh, and did we mention they grow their own organic food? This self-sustaining sanctuary isn’t just fighting Delhi’s pollution, it’s winning!

The story behind this extraordinary home is as inspiring as the sanctuary itself. Their sustainability journey began with a deeply personal challenge. When Nino was diagnosed with blood cancer, the toxic air of Delhi worsened her condition, especially after chemotherapy. While one doctor advised them to leave the city, an Ayurvedic specialist suggested a different path i.e. embrace an organic lifestyle. After a brief stint in Goa they returned to Delhi, determined to transform their home into a self-sustaining sanctuary. Let’s just say they were more than successful!

This isn’t just a home, it’s a breath of fresh air (quite literally) and a living model for a cleaner, greener future.
