This Is A Representative Image
Old Delhi’s famous Novelty Cinema, which is probably one of the oldest cinema theatres in town, first came up in the city back in the 1950s and was THE place where many Delhiites got their first big-screen cinema experience. Ah, the nostalgia that this place evokes! And now, after being closed for almost a decade, there are some new developments about to happen - read on.
Making Way For Newer Things | One of the city’s oldest cinema halls is now gonna make way for a spice market and this is pretty cool! The place is gonna be turned into a commercial complex for spices and will be located in close proximity to the Khari Baoli market, which is one of Asia’s biggest spice markets.
The cinema complex, which has been shut for almost a decade now, will transform itself into a world-class mall selling spices from all over the world! Now you know where to get spices from, right?
Let’s hope this happens soon!
