This Airline Is Offering Free Tix To Passengers Who'll Be Flying To Delhi To Cast Their Votes

Fly Free | SpiceJet announced on Friday that it will give free tickets to registered voters in Delhi who want to fly home to cast their votes. The new initiative is being called Spice Democracy and the participation is on till 8th February. So, basically, if you’re a registered voter in Delhi and live outside the city but plan to participate in the pollings, you can register on the SpiceJet website.

Once done, you need to talk about the reason behind your inspiration to vote in the Delhi Assembly Elections in a post on your social media accounts along with the required hashtags mentioned on the website. Shortlisted candidates will be required to book a roundtrip air ticket to Delhi and make the payment. However, the date of the departure has to be February 7th - 8th, 2020 and the date of return should be February 8th - 9th 2020 and there are some other terms and conditions to be fulfilled as well.

Results will be declared after which passengers "will be gratified with a full refund on their roundtrip ticket if their date of departure and return is February 8th 2020, and the refund of a one-way ticket, if their date of departure is February 7th 2020, or their date of return, is February 9, 2020."

Fair warning, SpiceJet will reimburse only the base fare of the air tickets. Delhi goes to vote on 8th February and the election results will be declared on 11th February. So make sure you make your vote count, guys!
