This 50-Yr. Old Gem In Chawri Bazaar Does Kulle Ki Chaat Stuffed With Fresh Fruit & Veggies!

All those who’ve been to Chandni Chowk have loved the kulle ki chaat there, but did you know that Chawri Bazaar has a hidden gem that serves this very same delicacy? Yep, we stumbled on this lil stall and now we can’t stop gushing! 

Kulle Ki Chaat Alert | Kulle is basically a fruit and veggie chaat where the fruit/veggie is hollowed out and topped with tangy spices and chickpeas! A perfect snack to munch on when strolling about in the market, this one is surely something we’d suggest you go try out. 

This stall in old Delhi is run by Ram Babu Kushwaha, and was started by his grandfather 50 years ago. He’s got his age old recipes of yummy chaat all set and has been whipping ‘em up everyday! 

A delicacy in Old Delhi, you can even customise your chaat by adding in a bit of a sweetness with oranges, apples or bananas to the teekhi chaat! 

The mixture is topped with chickpeas and pomegranate seeds to add a bit of a crunch and you can either choose an individual fruit or a mixed chaat, whatever floats your boat! 

P.S. - The chaat wala drops by post 7 PM so do keep that in mind before heading over!
