These 2 Images Of Greater Noida Is Just 2.5 Months Apart & The Difference Is INSANE
For the past few days, folks residing in Delhi NCR have been waking up to a thick blanket of smog and the situation doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Though it has now sadly become a common sight during this time of the year, the blanket of haze never seems to leave us in a state of shock. However, the latest visuals have got us gulping in fear.
Airpocalypse Ahead?! | On the 11th of November, Tuesday, the residents in Greater Noida woke up to a sight that sorta reminded us of the iconic sand storm scene from the movie ‘Mad Max Fury’! Yep, what was once blue skies with white clouds and lush green plants as captured in an image from August was now all hazy. The view from the same balcony captured not more than 2.5 months later featured a thick blanket of smog and the buildings standing tall at a distance were hidden.
Every year the city gets shrouded in a blanket of hazardous smog, making stepping out a dangerous game. We really do hope and pray that this year people take these terrifying visuals as a lesson and reconsider their choice for burning crackers at the cost of mother nature.
Till then, stay indoors, wear your anti-pollution masks and take all the necessary precautions required to stay safe!
