A Separate Lane For Delhi Commuters On DND | The DND Flyway has been a boon for people travelling between Delhi and Noida but lately, there have been serious congestions on this highway. To do away with this, the Noida authorities have made a separate lane for people travelling between Delhi and Noida. This move will ease the blockage caused by heavy traffic on the highway.

The Noida Police has helped the authorities in setting up jersey barriers on the Noida side of the toll plaza that will facilitate traffic going from South Delhi to Mayur Vihar, Noida’s Sector 16 and Greater Noida. There are two loops on the flyway and sometimes commuters get confused and take the wrong turn, resulting in accidents.

The right lane on the DND is reserved for the traffic coming from Maharani Bagh to Noida Sector 16. This lane will not be used by people travelling to Mayur Vihar and Greater Noida ‘cause if they do, they won’t be able to take any of the loops towards Mayur Vihar and Greater Noida. To further inform the commuters about the change in lanes, authorities have set up banners regarding the same.
