The Minimum Fare For A Delhi-Mumbai Flight Has Been Fixed At Rs 3,500
Hello, Delhiites! You must be well that flights will resume from Monday, the 25th of May, and we just got word about the fares. Here’s what we found out.
Fixing The Base | The Union Civil Aviation Minister, Hardeep Singh Puri, recently said that the fare of the tickets for Delhi-Mumbai flights will be a minimum of Rs 3,500. The maximum price for the same will be capped at Rs 10,000. This new order of flights will be valid from the 25th of May to the 24th of August. And so, the fares will be regulated and fixed in this range.
Did you know that 40% of the seats have to be sold at a fare less than the midpoint of the range? Yep, and this capping is only on the base fare, taxes will then be added to this.
What do you think about the fare range?
