The GGN School Teacher Who Opened A Chole Kulche Stall Now Has Her Own Restaurant!

Urvashi Yadav, a school teacher who had started her very own Chole Kulche stall to support her family has finally opened her very first restaurant in Gurgaon! Good going girl!

Women like Urvashi Yadav are real life super heroes and we can’t help but give them a standing ovation!  A housewife once upon a time, she saved her entire family from sudden, crippling financial crisis by taking quick, decisive action.

Post her husband’s hip surgery that resulted in a major setback for the family in terms of income, she took to earning for the family via a small thela where she cooked and sold Chole Kulche. Slowly and steadily from the thela she upgraded to a food truck and now she’s got herself an all new restaurant called Urvashi’s Food Joint in GGN! 

She has even redesigned her menu and other comfort food items have joined the list with the wildly popular Chole Kulche. Urvashi has changed her little project into a highly profitable one within a year and we couldn’t be more inspired! Check out her story from the beginning here.
