The Delhi Police Goes Quirky By Playing Bhajans & Patrotic Songs As A Musical Lesson For Offenders!

The Delhi Police is getting slightly quirky now *finally*, commit a crime and you’ll earn a musical lesson from Delhi Traffic Police! Not just any musical lesson but one in which you’ll learn bhajans and patriotic songs - Say what? Yes you heard right!

The police department has decided to dole out musical therapy for offenders in its one day training programme for those who violate traffic rules. Offences like red light jumping, ferrying passengers in goods vehicles and driving without a license often invite court challans and paying off a required fee. This is followed by a mandatory training session in which now they’ll be taught bhajans and patriotic songs.
