The Delhi Metro Shall Be Starting Services At 4 AM On Election Day, Folks!

Delhizens are all ready to cast their votes this Sunday, the 12th of May, and the DMRC has announced some brilliant news that’ll help all those who are on election duty!

Delhi Metro To Start Services From 4 AM | With the Lok Sabha elections taking place on the 12th of May, all the Delhi Metro lines shall begin services at 4 AM, which is an hour and a half before their usual timings. This shift in timings will help the staff on election duty to avail the metro services and reach the polling booths easily and on time! Nice.

It was also announced that the metro trains will run with a frequency of 30 minutes till 6 AM and post this, the trains shall run as per normal schedule throughout the day. Trains from Dwarka Sector 21 going towards Vaishali shall start from 4:30 AM.
