The Delhi Govt. Has Set Up Mobile ATMs In Containment Zones & Here's What You Need To Know

If there’s one issue that most of the people living in containment zones are facing, it’s that of the shortage of cash. And this is how the Delhi Government aims to solve this problem!

Mobile ATMs To Rescue | The Delhi Government is installing mobile ATMs in containment zones to solve the issue of shortage of cash. As of Wednesday, the 22nd of April, there were over 90 areas spread over 11 districts that had been converted into containment zones following the detection of COVID-19 cases. The government is facilitating the delivery of vegetables and other essential items in these areas too.

And the availability of cash has, therefore, become pretty difficult since they’re not allowed to venture out of their zones and people trusting someone outside their zone with their ATM card and pin is nearly impossible. 

This move should make it easier for the people living in the zones with immense restrictions.
