The Date For Hindu College’s Diwali Mela Is Out, So Bookmark Away For Pre-Diwali Shopping!

The festival of lights and happiness, Diwali, is just around the corner and we’re super psyched! It is, after all, one of our fave festivals and we can’t wait to have a family reunion soon. And while you’re busy making preparations for the festival, check out this awesome Diwali mela we’ve scouted out for you!

The Festival Of Lights & Melas! | Delhi University’s Hindu College is organising their annual Diwali mela called Suruchi 2018 on Friday, the 26th of October, so mark your calendars for sure! In their previous editions, the fest had extended an opportunity to visually-impaired people to showcase their talent in lantern making and more and we’re hoping we see something similar this time around too!

You’ll find a host of shops selling all kindsa pretty and colourful Diwali items like lanterns, decoration items and more, along with yummy food and lots of fun games! The best part is that all the proceeds from this mela will be used towards social initiatives by the NSS society of Hindu College.
