The City May Receive Some Respite From The Scorching Heat As It May Rain Over The Weekend

On Thursday evening, several parts of the city received scattered rainfalls and brought down the otherwise unusually hot temperature. So if you’re wondering what the weather will be like for the coming days, here’s what the IMD has to say.

Some Respite In Tow? | Delhizens breathed a sigh of relief after the city received moderate rainfall on  Thursday, the 28th of May. The city has been sizzling with unusually hot temperatures for the month of May with Tuesday being the hottest day of the season yet! The weather department has however predicted thunderstorm followed by gusty winds for the next two days in some areas of Delhi, Haryana and Punjab. The wind speed can build up to 60 km per hour and there might even be some scattered rainfall. 

Let’s hope this is true and we receive some respite from the heat!
