Temperature In Delhi Might Touch 43 Degrees With Chances Of Rain On Friday

For the past few days, we Delhiites have been experiencing a steady rise in the temperatures and there may not be any respite until Friday according to the Meteorological Department and here’s what they’re saying.

Expecting Rainfall | The mercury has been rising for the past few days and there may not be any relief from the same until Friday. It’s expected, that the temperatures may even touch 43 degrees Celsius in the city. On Tuesday, at Safdarjung, the maximum was 40.7 degrees Celsius
While at Palam, it was 42.8 degrees Celsius.

The Met. Department expects the temperatures to rise till 22nd May, i.e. Friday. Though there won’t be much impact of the cyclone Amphan in Delhi, the fresh western disturbances may create moisture over Delhi and UP areas and thereby lead to light rainfall along with gusty winds at a speed of 50-60 kmph on Friday and Saturday, the 22nd and 23rd of May.
