Say Hello To ROOH | The brainchild of Chef Sujan Sarkar, ROOH has now opened its doors in our fair city of Delhi. Built inside a haveli, this place is nestled right in front of the iconic Qutub Minar and you can marvel at the beauty of this epic structure while relishing their heavenly dishes. ROOH created quite a buzz in the Golden State with their modern Indian fare that’s served with painstaking attention to detail!

You can sample dishes like Pani Puri with Passion Fruit (woah!), Avocado Tartare, Tamarind and Feuille de Brick Tart, Aged Duck with Fennel Pollen, Mappas Curry and Malabar Spinach, Pork Vindaloo Floss with Cream Cheese, Green Apple Chutney Gel, Roasted Hazelnuts and Doughnut and much more.
