Superfast Talgo From Delhi to Mumbai Will Slash Train Journey Time by 4 Hours!

If you're a stickler for time, you'll be glad to hear that Talgo, a leader in the the Spanish railway sector, is working towards slashing the journey between Delhi and Mumbai by 4 precious hours, delivering passengers at just under 12 hours! 

FYI, the tracks between Delhi and Mumbai cover about 1,400 kms and currently, the Rajdhani Express makes the journey in 16 hours.

To achieve this, 9 super lightweight coaches have been manufactured from Talgo which can hit 200 kms per hour!

Currently trials are being conducted to achieve the same, as previously the required speed had not been met and we sincerely hope they sail through this one! *Fingers crossed*
