Soon You Can Take Choppers To Shimla: India's First Ever Heliport's Launching in Delhi!

Delhi is getting swanky day by day, and here we have something new for you. Delhi is finally getting a heliport of its own! Come 28th February, and having a chopper fly to and from Delhi won’t be a dream anymore.

The country’s first dedicated heliport will be inaugurated in the capital with choppers flying to Shimla, Agra and Dehradun, among others! This Heliport is a Rs 100 Crore project that’s going to totally uplift the entire scene in the city. 

The Heliport will have parking bays, AC passenger terminal building and a car parking area for the flyers. Cool!

Being a busy airport, IGI doesn’t have much space for helicopter movement, thus the Rohini one will be a dedicated Heliport and will help regulate chopper traffic easily!
