Smitten Bakery is Happily Hosting a Chocolate-Making Class & Dessert Pop-Up @ Blue Tokai!

Smitten Bakery & Patisserie are truly the flavour Gods! And the best bit - they're here to give us a once-in-a-lifetime experience of chocolate making! They believe that it's all about using good quality products to get the best results and thus, who could ever be a better teacher than them?

Plus, Mandakini from Smitten will take over the roastery for a few hours for a dessert pop-up! And in-between happily dishing up some yummy goodies, Smitten will hold a little chocolate making workshop in which they'll cover ganache making, chocolate tempering and all the basics of chocolate making.
