Smart City Update | Only Lutyens' Delhi Zone in Line to Get Urbanized!

Although Delhi has made it to the list of the 20 smart cities handpicked by the government but wondering what’s all the controversy about?

The posh Lutyens area is the only patch that has been picked out for the Smart City overhaul. 

The Aam Aadmi party has been rigorously protesting and has asked the centre to incorporate other underdeveloped regions in the plan too such as the slums, the villages, colonies and the middle class areas! 

Will they succeed in pushing for a larger chunk of Delhi or will only the VIP areas get all the pampering? We’re anxious to find out!
