Delhi*Say WHAAA* Did You Know You Can Only Sleep During 10 PM - 6 AM On Sleeper Trains?!

Passengers oversleeping in trains is apparently a major issue that people face in sleeper cars, specially when they’re sleeping in the middle berth. Thus, the Railways have cut down the ‘official sleeping time’ in the trains to 10 PM - 6 AM, during which no one can complain about the other person sleeping!
The existing time for sleeping in the reserved coaches was 9 PM - 6 AM and now it’s been reduced by an hour, so that for the rest of the time people can comfortably sit in their seats. Passengers are, however, requested to cooperate with the sick, persons with disabilities, and pregnant ladies in case they want to sleep beyond permissible limits!
A railway official said the sleeping time was reduced by an hour because there were times when passengers went to sleep as soon as they boarded the train - day or night - leaving the co-travellers on the upper and middle berths high and dry!
Whatever said and done, it seems pretty absurd to us that there even is a sleeping time allotted in the train? Seriously, putting a limit on this seems pretty random to us! What’s your take?
