'Rosang' in Paite language means God’s gift and this restaurant seems to be exactly that! The history of Rosang dates back to March 2003, when it opened up as a small eatery in Munirka to cater to the North Eastern food lovers in Delhi.

Previously open in Safdarjung Enclave, Rosang has always strived to preserve, maintain and promote North Eastern traditional cooking, recipes and ingredients. They’re now back to a larger area in the market just next to the Uphaar Cinema Complex in Green Park Extension!

This time, the place is introducing traditional wooden fire cooking in special tribal pottery and this style will be made live every Friday and Saturday.

When you visit, you must try the Chicken Fry, Pork Momo, Chicken Curry, Pork Spare Ribs &  Chaak Hao Kheer. You can not only visit and savor authentic North Eastern food and beverages, but also take a look at their store filled with crafts and merchandise by artists from the North East.

So go visit as soon as you get the chance and get your hands on some awesome food, documentary films, photos and even handicrafts from the region!
