A fave spot among the students of Bangalore, this fun hike is where you’ll learn about all the myths and legends about the place. The rough terrain makes this hike a slightly tough one and takes about 5 hours in total. You’ll find lots of rest stops with shops that offer refreshments but as you ascend the trail, be careful with your belongings and keep an eye out for mischievous monkeys! Once you reach the top, spend ample time relaxing and taking in the glorious view. And if you finish the hike by 2-2:30 you can even enjoy some rasam rice in the temple on your way back!
