The bittersweet rice puffs gelled well with the different namkeens that were added to the dish and the peanuts in the bhel puri were sautéed to produce a crispier snack. With just the right amount of spices, this Gujarati-styled snack is surely going to win your heart! Another variant that you can try is their Sev Puri, which is an even crunchier version of their Bhel Puri.

Dhokla-Khandvi

With just the spongiest dhoklas paired with the softest khandvi rolls, this combo will definitely satiate your appetite for a delicious evening snack. Their special chutney poured on the coconut-laden khandvi added a tangy tinge to an otherwise classic dish. The snack beautifully melted in our mouths, and despite the chutney, didn’t taste soggy. The garnishing of plain bhujia made the dish crunchy and converted it into a delight you all need to try!
