Ricky Ponting isn’t a new name in the world of cricket - after leading the Australian Cricket Team to the World Cup with three wins, the sports champ, has been welcomed as the new head coach for our very own home team Delhi Daredevils y’all!

What We Know | Due to a tiff between BCCI and Rahul Dravid, the former coach of Delhi Daredevils; the CEO of Delhi Daredevils Hemant Dua announced recently that Australian batsman Ricky Ponting will be coaching the team.

Ponting has coached Mumbai Indians in the recent past plus he’s also played for Kolkata Knight Riders.
With retainment of players like Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer and Chris Morris ahead of the IPL auctions to be held on January 27-28, 2018 definitely seems to be a promising season for Delhi Daredevils!\
