In order to allow better movement of people especially during an emergency situation, the police in Dwarka launched a special cab service and here’s all the information you need to know about this.

Lending A Helping Hand | The police in Dwarka launched free cab services for elderly people, and women living alone in the sub-city on Sunday, the 12th of April. This free cab service will be available from 8 AM - 8 PM and one cab will be available through the night if any emergency arises. The cab services will be available only for travel in Dwarka in case of emergencies or for genuine essential services.

People availing this service will have to follow social distancing and will have to wear a mask. The police have partnered with Mahindra Logistics (Alyte) with the CGHS Federation to provide these services within the sub-city. A fleet of 5 cars have been provided by Alyte which will be stationed at Dwarka North Police Station, Sector 23 Police Station, at Facilitation Centre, Sector 6-10 Market, Dwarka South Police Station, and DCP Dwarka Office in Sector 9.
