
Plan Your First Week Of Feb As Dry Dates In Delhi Are Announced Ahead Of Assembly Elections
The time to cast your vote is nearly upon us and so ahead of the Assembly Election in Delhi, the Excise Commissioner has declared dry days where selling & serving of alcohol will be prohibited. The prohibition is extended to every establishment regardless of the type of license they hold.

2025 Delhi Election Dry Days | Delhi will observe a total of three dry days - the initial two days are from February 3rd to February 5th from 6PM on until 6PM. Thus, covering a total of 48 hours. The third dry day has been declared on February 8, 2025 - the day of vote-counting day. The ban on liquor sale extends to liquor shops, hotels, restaurants, non-proprietary clubs & licensed establishments. The Delhi assembly election is scheduled to be held in a single phase on February 5, with the results set to be declared on February 8.
