We often complain about the sorry state of the environment these days, but how many times do we actually take a step towards making it better? What if we tell you that you can participate in a plogging event this Gandhi Jayanti and do your bit to save the environment!
Run For A Cause | In case you’re wondering, plogging means picking up plastic while jogging and so the aim of this event is to spread awareness about the need to reduce the usage of plastic in the country. It will be one of the first plogruns in the country happening at 14 locations across the city.
These include DLF Phase 2 Gurugram, Saket, Paharganj, Lajpat Nagar III, Greater Noida, Greater Kailash 1, Sushant Lok 1 Gurugram, Panchsheel Enclave, CP, Ghaziabad, NH-8, Karol Bagh, West Patel Nagar and Sunder Nagar.
The 3-hour drive will happen between 6:30 - 9:30 AM and each participant will be equipped with a kit comprising of safety gloves, aprons and garbage bags. If you’re keen on participating in this (and you should be!), then register yourselves ASAP on the link given below!
