People Above The Age Of 45 Will Be Eligible For The Vaccine From 1st April!

The mounting number of new infections in the country has been a reason of worry for all of us. But we just heard that more people will now be eligible to take the vaccine from April. And here's all you need to know. 

Are You Now Eligible? | So, we just got wind that starting from the 1st of April, i.e. Thursday, citizens above the age of 45 will now be eligible to take the vaccination shots. Yep, this comes as quite a relief as the past few days have seen a rising number of new COVID-19 infections in the city. In case you didn’t know, for now, only people above the age of 60 and above the age of 45 years with co-morbidities are eligible to get the jab.

This decision by the government has been taken on the basis of advice given by the coronavirus Task For and experts. Did you know over 80 lakh people have already received the second dose?
