Pay Homage To The Nation’s Bravehearts With Musical Performances & A Mini Film Fest Here!

The soldiers of a nation make up its backbone. Guarding the borders and holding the fort on our behalf, day in and day out, without a care for their lives, there shall never be a perfect way to thank them but we can express our gratitude by paying homage to those who laid down their lives for us by remembering and acknowledging their sacrifices.

Paying Homage To Bravehearts | To mark the bravado and courage of the soldiers, Select CITYWALK is organising an event to express our gratitude for the soldiers. From displays to poignant speeches and video films, there’s much lined up for the day. Families of martyred soldiers, war veterans and dignitaries from Armed Forces shall also be in attendance at the event.

What To Expect | Visitors can expect to behold a beautiful masterpiece of a soldier (an 8 feet installation) at the premises along with soulful performances, poignant speeches and video films in the Plaza. A musical tribute on sitar, an Army band display, a laser show and a mini film festival based on the Defence Forces will also be showcased at the event. 

With real life hero Colonel Dharamveer (Akshay Khanna’s character in the movie Border) as a special guest, this is a small gesture by the mall to salute their undying spirit. We shall be headed there this Saturday, how about you?
