One-Way Traffic System Might Be On The Cards For Noida's Usually Congested Sector 18

Here’s What We Know | Introduction of a one-way traffic system, which is a three-year-old proposal, might be on the cards for Sector 18 in Noida, guys. And we peeps are pretty happy about this. The entire stretch between DLF and GIP malls is generally found clogged with honking cars, especially during the weekends.

And inside Sector 18, you’ll usually find parked cars taking up most of the road, and hence there is literally no space for cars to pass through. Pretty annoying, right? Considering this, Noida Traffic Police has stressed on the need for a one-way traffic system and more streetlights in the area. A proposal has been sent to the Noida authorities about the same.

A multi-level parking area might also be launched, which will be taken care of by DLF.  The one-way traffic system will be like the one seen in CP, where there are separate entry and exit routes, and for this, the authorities are planning to conduct an aerial survey of the area.
