Old Delhi May Get 5,000 More Car Parking Spaces & This Is Brilliant News, Delhizens

We have some awesomesauce news for all you Delhizens! In a revolutionary move, North Delhi Municipal Corporation has decided to create additional parking spaces in the Old Delhi area. Read on to know what’s happening!

5,000 More Parking Spaces! | With over 1 crore vehicles registered in Delhi, it’s often a task to find parking space in the city. Old Delhi is one of those areas which is always congested due to the sheer lack of parking space and the high number of vehicles plying there. Keeping that in mind, the North Delhi Municipal Corporation has decided to decongest Old Delhi markets such as Sadar Bazar, Church Mission Road, Naya Bazar and Chandni Chowk by creating additional parking space for around 5,000 cars through stack parking, multilevel car parks and enhancing the capacity of on-street parking lots. Awesome!
