Nutrition In A Bottle: Order Organic & Wholesome Dairy Produce From This Farmland
At a time when the world is striving to close the gap between fresh, organic produce and itself, it comes as a saddening reality to consumers who often find themselves surrounded by news of adulterated food consumption and the kind of risks it entails on human life.
Dairy products are the easiest to reproduce artificially and besides, for ages now Indians have been sipping into doodh that’s high on its water content than milk itself, all thanks to our enterprising doodhwallah! Milk is one of the simplest and most efficient method of taking in a whole lot of essential nutrients right from calcium and protein to potassium and phosphorous as well as Vitamins B2 & B12! That calls for #NoCompromise on good, fresh milk replete with nutrients.

Well, we’re not here simply to vent our concerns, we've also brought the solution with us. We just discovered this paradise for cows and it also turned out to be an organic dairy that produces fresh cow milk! We liked what we saw and did our research so we could get you well acquainted too! *Grins*
Whyte Farms | This gorgeous piece of land covered in unending swathes of green is a 25 acre farm on the borders of Rajasthan called Whyte Farms. Over there is a dairy that produces and supplies fresh and nutritious cow milk to our doorsteps every day. Also, they soon plan to start growing and supplying organic vegetables as well.

Here’s The Story | The founders of Whyte Farms grew up amidst nature, far away from the city life. Having grown up on healthy, fresh produce that tasted well and with scholarships that equipped them with the knowledge and tools of organic farming, they became connoisseurs of natural, nutritious, pure and wholesome food - the way they knew it.
The Farms | Spread over 25 acres of land on the bordering city of Alwar in Rajasthan, this stunning green cover can be home to more than 500 cows. With comfy spaces to chill, it has luxurious barns with giant fans and high roofs with a sandy ground to give the cows best experience.

Caring For The Gentle Souls | The cows are fed the highest quality fodder prepared in-house. They make sure the food is free from any kind of insecticide, pesticide and other chemicals. Furthermore, they don’t tie the cows - they’re free to walk, stand, admire, moonwalk and enjoy their day in the farm. The best part - the farm has installed automatic massagers for their increased comfort!

Cattle Friendly Milking Process | They boast of being equipped with the most advanced milking machine, the 2X6 Herringbone parlour. The cows walk into the parlour and are milked automatically by the machines #NoHandsInvolved. The fresh milk is then passed through PHE pipelines and is chilled to 4 degreees celsius immediately. This process helps preserve the milk while keeping the nutrients intact. The PHE technology is currently used by only a handful of dairies across India. The process destroys bacteria immediately and is essential in maintaining milk quality & taste.

The Barns | Their barns are specially designed to provide the cows with maximum comfort and cleanliness. The high-rise ceilings at a height of 30 feet, helps hot air to rise up naturally and pulls in fresh air from outside. In addition, They have giant fans and water sprinklers to keep them cool and composed. They’ve also laid down special cow mattresses inside the shed. Even the sand they lie on is imported, called Bhoda Sand which is known to give maximum comfort to the cows.
The Verdict | We tried their milk & it was every bit tasty as advertised! Because of their unique processes, the milk can be consumed directly out of the bottle. We stirred up some cold coffee and it gave us all the reasons to make the right switch then & there. You really can taste the goodness in their milk.
Psst - They’ve also launched their own range of organic Ghee, so give that a try too!
It’s because they care for their cows so much that the cows stay happy & healthy and the milk they produce is healthy and good to taste. You gotta try ‘em out & you’d reach out for it a second time just like we did!
