Now You Can Find Parking Slots On Your Mobile Phones When At This Popular South Delhi Market

Every day there are new cars being added on the streets and this makes finding a parking space all the more difficult. And if you visit a bustling market like Lajpat, then your worst fears will defo come true. In order to make your nightmares disappear, the local traders’ association has developed a visitor-friendly parking app and a prepaid booth.

Digital Parking Is Here | To decongest the market and streamline traffic, the Traders’ Association Lajpat Nagar, which manages the South Delhi Municipal Corporation’s parking lots in Central Market, has come with an app called ParkEase which will help visitors know in advance the availability of parking space on Veer Savarkar Marg and Feroz Gandhi Road and their distance from their locations.

When you register on the app, you’ll get a unique location code which will guide you to your parking slots using Google Maps. There will also be a parking slip with a distinctive barcode, without which you won’t be able to park the vehicles. If you find some other vehicle obstructing the way, you can put a message on the app for others to see. 

The app is available on Android as of now and based on the response, it’ll be introduced on other platforms as well. You can download and use it the next time you’re in the area.
