With the admission season looming over the heads of students who wish to get into various undergrad courses of the prestigious Delhi University, this is one news that y’all would be interested in!

Uniform 1% Cut-Off For Female Candidates | So we just heard that the Delhi University has decided to implement uniform relaxation criteria for female candidates in 26 co-ed colleges for undergrad courses from this academic session onwards. Presently, colleges offer relief anywhere between 1% to 4%!

The 26 co-ed colleges offering 1% relief in cut-offs include - Aryabhatta College, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, Ramjas College, Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, Ram Lal Anand College, Dyal Singh College (morning and evening), Zakir Husain Delhi College (morning and evening), Motilal Nehru College (morning and evening ), PGDAV College (morning and evening), Sri Venkateswara College, Rajdhani College, Ramanujan College, Shivaji College, Satyawati College (morning and evening), Keshav Mahavidyalaya and more. This decision has been come to after various officials of several colleges demanded that the relaxation be brought down to 2% - 1%!

This blanket relaxation on almost all subjects might be a good move according to various principals who said that candidates often get confused because every college provides a different bracket in each subject!
