About The Great Visionary

’Netaji’ is known for his aggressive ideology to achieve independence. He laid the foundation of the Indian National Army (INA) and gathered the support of the Japanese to fight the British. Born on 23 January 1897, Netaji is remembered for his famous slogan "You give me blood and I will give you freedom". The leader of the masses, Bose’s death has remained a mystery with his body never having been recovered after the Taiwan plane crash.

The park is open on all days from 6 AM - 7 PM welcoming hordes of visitors each day. Now renovated, the park shares its boundary with Urdu Park and has re-built boundary walls, mowed lawns and makes for an ideal seating space for visitors. At times, the small park even hosts local and cultural events.

Hotspots In The Neighbourhood

In case you plan to go on a shopping spree after a rejuvenating massage, the suitable location of the park would allow you to do that with ease. Most popular Old Delhi shopping spots like Chandni Chowk, Nai Sarak and Chor Bazaar are quite nearby.
